Why did I receive an error message when I attempted to link a ticket to my Disney account?
A.
If you are experiencing technical difficulties linking a ticket to your Disney account, please check to make sure that your web browser is one of our recommended browsers. In particular, if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or an earlier version, we strongly recommend that you upgrade to a more recent browser. If you have updated your web browser and you continue to experience technical difficulties, please contact us at (407) 939-7765. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call. Link a ticket to your Disney account.
