Q.
When I created a new password using a combination of 6 letters and numbers, why did I get an error message?
A.
Even if you follow the guidelines for creating a new password, there are certain words that are considered too common to be secure. If the password you entered was not accepted, please enter a different password and try again. Be sure to enter a combination of 6 to 25 characters, using at least one letter and number and optionally, special characters like "!", "?" or "&". Always store your password in a safe place, and remember that passwords are case sensitive.
