Sample the tantalizing flavors of Louisiana with the Taste of the Bayou All-You-Care-To-Enjoy Platter—featuring such lip-smackin’ favorites as hickory-smoked ribs, crispy Cajun chicken, smoked sausage, beef brisket with corn, mashed potatoes, green beans, and mac and cheese. Keep rollin' down the river with a helping of blackened prime rib, low country seafood boil or both. For dessert, Mississippi Mud Crème Brûlée weaves its sweet magic.
